We recently received two Google reviews that are great examples of how we treat our customers and we wanted to share them with you. Our mantra has always been that we will provide our customers with professional and honest service. We have always said we will never sell you a part you don’t need. That is why so many of our customers have been with us for decades for their businesses and for their homes.
Another company told me I needed a new boiler for my home costing at least $7,400 dollars. I called Owens for a second opinion. After inspecting the boiler Owens was able to fix it for under $500 dollars. Very honest company. They could have told me I needed a new boiler like the first company but instead were very honest and saved me a lot of money. Be very careful, I learned a lot of companies will tell you you need a new system to make a sale. Owens is the only company I will call in the future and would recommend them!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. On a cold and snowy Friday night our furnace stopped working. A different company came out and told us that our entire furnace needed to be replaced. We contacted Owens for a second opinion. They were out at our house the next morning and had our 29 year old furnace fixed and running within 20 minutes. SO THANKFUL!!!
