This is Diane. Your company installed a boiler for my residential house in Robbinsdale and I just wanted to put in a good word for Kasey. He worked so hard installing my Burnham ES2. He just worked so diligently and he was very courteous. He explained things, and he was just terrific. I can’t’ say enough good things about him, and he did really quality work.

And then Al, your sales rep, he was so kind and again he was another one that sat down and explained the different types of boilers. And he was just very accommodating and very accurate. He went all out.

Both gentlemen went all out to service my house really well with the new boiler. So I really appreciate it.

I have very good things to say about your Company and your people.

Hi John this is Bill, a voice from the past. I am calling to compliment your Company. Our air conditioner went out yesterday, obviously one of the hottest most humid days of the year. And it was through no fault of the system it just some of the wires rusted out and a mouse got in and chewed one of the wires off. Anyway, so I called yesterday your number just thinking I would leave a message and somebody would call be back on today, Monday. And, instead I got a call back within 5 minutes from Jen, who was very pleasant. And, she arranged for someone to come out a fellow named, Rich, who came out within one hour. And had the whole thing fixed.

We are suffering in this country for a lack of service or poor quality service. And this is in stark contrast of that. So I certainly appreciated it. And if you have a chance you can pass along to both of them how much I appreciated their eager and prompt help.

Every time I contact Owens Companies I am rewarded with excellent service. My most recent call is no exception. Jennifer of your staff promptly scheduled us for service when our heat was not working. Rich Sahli was very professional in the way he handled our problem and explained it to us.
