You get complete and thorough analysis, including detailed square footage measurement of your home (measurement of floor area, total window area, wall area, ductwork sizes, piping sizes, radiator area, and other essential data for designing and recommending a system).

You are assured of receiving a detailed and accurate load calculation. We do not stop at simply sizing the system based on your home’s square footage or matching the existing equipment size. Other companies may be content making these rough “rule-of-thumb” estimates. We are not. If an AC system is too large it will not dehumidify your home. Too large a heating system usually leads to higher fuel bills.
