Preferred Customer Programs

Owens Companies has been performing preventive maintenance on comfort systems since 1957. You might say we wrote the book on it. Numerous studies have shown that money invested in preventive maintenance will result in dollars saved in both energy and repairs. Equally important will be the peace of mind you will have knowing you can count on the safe and reliable operation of your comfort systems.

We encourage all homeowners to take advantage of our Preferred Customer Programs. We know you will be pleased with the results of our service.

As a Preferred Customer you will receive:

  • Guaranteed same day service if you call by 10AM or we pay!

  • Discounts on authorized labor and material repairs. 

  • Overtime repair service at regular rates!

  • Schedules service reminders.

  • Discounts off seasonal equipment tune-ups.

  • $100.00 off any home comfort system purchase.

  • Safety checks

  • Lower operating costs.

  • "Home Matters" quarterly newsletter with information and additional specials. 

We offer two programs to meet our customer's needs:

Preferred Customer Program

This is our most popular program that allows a customer to receive all of the benefits of our Preferred Customer Program for a minimum annual fee. We will remind you to schedule your semi-annual inspections, but there is not requirement for Owens to complete the service. If we perform the service, we will do the work at a discount off our regular precision tune-up price. 

Preferred Customer Program - Plus

This has all of the benefits of our regular program but is designed for the customer that wants to have their specific service needs and maintenance costs established in advance. Although we can do this for any home, people that have this program often have more complex systems or specific maintenance requirements beyond a seasonal start-up of their equipment. This type of service will be quoted on an individual system basis. 

Can a homeowner receive the Preferred Customer Discount on the initial call?

We offer the discount on the initial call if the work is completed during regular hours. Overtime calls do not qualify for the Preferred Customer discount on the initial call. However, all subsequent calls would receive our Preferred Customer discount.
