belt, adjust tension if necessary

fan operation

thermostat operation

Check
condenser coil, external washing if necessary.

Check
refrigerant charge

Check
compressor operation.

Check
condenser fan motor

Tighten
all electrical connections.

Measure
temperature drop across evaporator coil

Check
/clean air filter. Change
filter supplied by owner.

Lubricate
moving parts as necessary

Check
evaporator superheat
q
Check
safety controls
q
Report
on operation to owner.
